Morton is an Ageless Peasant Dwelf played by Justin in The Purge. Morton was the tax heavy mayor of Reladwin who assisted in helping a select few of the Ageless population and their families escape the Purge by the Grand Paladin Order. He was unsuspectingly turned Ageless by Queen of the Hat Rat's cursed axe, the Malignant, and was given control of Hat Rats. He was last seen joining Bopen's Skeletal Crew after being promised a position of Senator of Deadlantis.

Morton is a male Dwelf with slightly messy, fair hair and a thick warlus-style mustache. Morton wears a button-up shirt, with a tie and is covered by a jacket with a pin on the collar. Morton also wears a large stove-pipe hat, which he often keeps several bags of money he has collected for tax, hidden inside. After the final battle with the Grand Paladin Order, Morton's suit is covered in blood and dirt.

Morton is an odd mayor, who legitimately cares for his tax-paying citizens, but severely loves to tax them for anything they do. He is shown to tax people based on their emotional state to even their physical capabilities, and even taxed the few Ageless an escape fee for leaving the city. He is not above accepting alternate forms of taxation, such as Lyssa Bast offering sexual favors as a form of payment. That being said, Morton does risk his life to make sure that the citizens survive and escape, only losing one to the Paladin Order.

However, when the reality of no longer being Mayor of Reladwin sets in, he begins to have an existential crisis, as that has been his entire life up to this point. He shifts his focus to the Hat Rats that he had recently became in-charge of, but this crisis only last for mere moments as their ship is attacked and sank. When offered a position on the Senate of Deadlatis and potential mayorhood over a new Ageless City by Bopen, Morton quickly chose a path to his old life once more.

Notable Attributes[edit]

Morton has control Hat Rats due to being the newest Hat Rat Queen, after slaying the previous Queen. His skills over controlling the Hat Rats allow him to fully control a ship with slight sailing knowledge and take down the legendary Lance Willakers.

The Purge[edit]

After brutally killing Lance Willakers in an effort to survive the Purge, Morton is met with Bopen, who is pleased by both the political exploits of Morton and his brutality. Bopen promises the Dwelf a seat on the Senate of Deadlantis and the potential to become the mayor of a new Ageless City, if he agrees to join him. Morton eagerly accepts, and Bopen stabs him with his sword, coating the Dwelf in purple magic.
