"Slippery Knuckles" Malone, often called "SK" is a Keen Berserker played by Roamin in The Blood Snake Queen, and by Rob as an NPC in Den of Devils. SK is the leader of a band of experienced mercenaries along with Belladona von Feingart, Emit Crank, and Dob.

Characteristics[edit]

Appearance[edit]

Personality[edit]

SK Malone has a very powerful personality, often taking charge and making fast decisions with the trust that his teammates can follow through them. He is, however, very forgetful, to the point of forgetting his own given name and the ability to Bearserk.

Relationships[edit]

Belladona von Feingart[edit]

With Belladona, the two had a very open relationship. During missions, they would be open about their sexual relief.

Dob[edit]

As with Belladona, Malone is also very open with Dob. Because he is a Porc, Malone allows Dob to satisfy his Porc curiosity by letting him copy Malone as he and Belladona are relieving themselves on missions.

Emit Crank[edit]

Malone and Emit Crank have established a friendship, even though Emit is more on the quiet side and lets the group argue about how to do things, the two assist each other in Combat.

History[edit]

Background[edit]

SK Malone is known to have been a very aggressive young Berserker, having earned the nickname "Slippery Knuckles" due to his bloody hands every time he fell into a fit of rage in battle. Over time, he forgot his own first name and soon met up with Belladona von Feingart, Emit Crank, and Dob. Together they started a successful mercenary group.

The Blood Snake Queen[edit]

Upon discovery of the Blood Snake Queen, the team failed to get away with their first attack, returning back to the safety of the cave's entrance and deciding they were paid enough for their jobs anyway. They proceeded to leave the cave, also leaving the Blood Snake Queen alive, and start a new adventure elsewhere.

Den of Devils[edit]

SK Malone's Mercenaries appear in the dragon lair to steal some dragon eggs, though Dob is notably absent this time. Before beginning the mission, SK Malone speaks with Lunk, who is also a Berserker. SK attempts to berserk, but fails as per usual, merely screaming and growing chest hair. Fortunately, Lunk completely fails much to the delight of SK.

During the encounter against the first Whelpling, SK Malone is successfully able to berserk even after Duke Daring's Eaglebear runs him over. With the help of Usu, he is launched on top of the dragon and is able to deal a decent amount of damage. Eventually the whelpling is defeated before it is able to kill anyone, but the mercenaries become reluctant about continuing on.

After the first Whelpling of the lair is defeated, SK Malone and his mercenaries proceed to leave Zelfatar with the Eaglebear and Michael Langstrom's Elaphelk after deciding that the money wouldn't be worth them potentially dying. It is quite likely that they sold the animals instead of setting them free.

Fate[edit]

It is not known whether The Blood Snake Queen or Den of Devils comes first in the timeline. In both possibilities, SK Malone is alive and traveling with his party. If Den of Devils is the most recent campaign, then Dob is not with the party, and they are in possession of Horny McTrunkface and Buttercup.

Trivia[edit]

  • S.K. Malone has set the precedent that Gnomes are really bad at Bearserking, because he has failed using Bearserk multiple times throughout the events of The Blood Snake Queen.
